Long, lazy weekends on the lake, fruity, cold beverages, and easy lawn care specific to Houston - it's summer and there is so much to look forward to. In this issue we will highlight some of these summer perks as well as touch on our current real estate market and we'll look to Montrose which is often called 'The Heart of Houston' with its' renovated mansions, bungalows with wide porches, and cottages located along tree-lined boulevards.
